General terms and conditions in TNDA Racing store are according to Law on consumer protection (ZVPot), Personal Data Protection Act (Personal Data Protection Act -1) and law on electronic communications (ZEKom -1).

General terms and conditions set the working conditions of TNDA Racing website, store, rights and obligations of the costumer and site operator and also conduct business relationship between TNDA Racing and the costumers.
The Costumer is bound by terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase. The costumer agrees to those terms when he or she confirms the order.
Coaching is performed online. The coach and the customer are present on server and communication is done through Discord app. To take part in coaching you require good and stable internet connection, sound input and output devices and access to you desired game.
The costumer is required to let me know about possible dates via e-mail: info@tnda-racing.com .
The sessions durations are not fixed and can be prolonged. The quality of the service is our main priority and any additional time of each session will not be charged.
Payments
Payment is only possible via PayPal and credit card. Cash payment is not possible.
All prices are in €.
Receipt is sent via e-mail after the payment.
The costumer has the right to cancel the order until one (1) hour before the start time of the lecture with full refund in place. If the costumer cancels the order within one (1) hour before the start of the session, he/she is entitled only to 50% refund. If the costumer does not show up for a session without any notification, he/she is not entitled to refund.
In case the costumer wants to cancel the order, it is costumer’s obligation to notify us via e-mail. The same applies for refunds.
Prices and terms can change without notice at any time. Valid prices and terms are those published at the time of placing the order.
